Efficient Energy Use for Optimal Environmental Protection
Environmental sustainability in data centers is primarily based on the efficient use of energy. Accordingly, the PUE (Power Usage Efficiency) factor is calculated to compare different data centers. The PUE describes the ratio of total energy supplied to the energy consumed by IT equipment. Cooling is therefore the key driver of efficiency. With state-of-the-art floor designs, intelligent rack layouts, and short-circuit-free airflow, EveryWare is able to significantly undercut the European benchmark.
