Zurich, 26 June 2026 – EveryWare and ELCA Cloud Services, the two cloud specialists of the ELCA Group, have continuously integrated their infrastructure services and core capabilities over recent years. Going forward, they will operate under the unified EveryWare brand.

The new, unified brand presence, combined with nationwide coverage across Switzerland, creates a clear market positioning as a leading cloud and managed IT services provider for private and public sector organizations. EveryWare combines a unique dual capability: deep expertise in public cloud platforms alongside the operation of its own fully sovereign, scalable cloud and data center infrastructures in Switzerland.

With this unified brand, EveryWare is strengthening its ability to further expand its service and expert portfolio and to develop new solutions. This continuous innovation process is consistently aligned with evolving customer needs and technological developments - for example, through the expansion of its sovereign cloud platforms with AI-based services.

There will be no changes for existing customers. Both entities will continue to operate with strong regional anchoring and an unchanged scope of services and responsibilities. Contracts, points of contact, and services remain unchanged. This also applies to the ownership and governance structure of the two companies.
