Infrastructure
We offer two high-performance sites backed by many years of design and operational experience. The design criteria for the EveryWare data center infrastructure are based, on the one hand, on our many years of operational experience and, on the other hand, on the continuously increasing demands of our customers, standardization bodies (e.g., TÜV), and FINMA’s requirements for banking outsourcing (RS 2018/3).

Secure Infrastructure
Two data center locations in the greater Zurich area
Over 3,000 m² of total floor space, divided into various customer zones
Tier 3 infrastructure
Private rooms with separate fire protection, climate control, and power systems
Redundant synchronous mirroring possible
Multiple fire detection systems, including early-warning fire detection (laser)
Gas-based fire suppression (Inergen)
Highest level of burglary protection; access via a single-person access control system (biometric) or material airlock
24/7 video and laser monitoring and security patrols
24/7 monitoring by the EveryWare Operations Center

Power Supply Redundancy
The EveryWare data centers are divided into separate customer zones. This allows for high power capacities to be allocated to each customer zone without being affected by consumption in other zones. In addition to high power capacities, maximum reliability is guaranteed.
High-density 2–5 kW/m²
Two transformers fed by two EW substations
Diesel generator and two separate UPS circuits

Cooling Efficiency
Climate control is key to the efficient and environmentally friendly operation of a data center. Thanks to the free-cooling principle used at EveryWare, optimized airflow, and a custom-designed rack layout, power usage efficiency is achieved that is well below the European benchmark. In addition to high power capacities, maximum reliability is guaranteed.
Redundant (N+1) air conditioning units
Two recooling circuits
Hot-cold aisle containment
Custom rack layout and airflow management

FINMA Circular 18/3 on Outsourcing for Banks and Insurers
We apply the FINMA guidelines set forth in Circular 2018/3 regarding outsourcing by banks, securities dealers, and insurance companies. These principles encompass organizational, contractual, and technical requirements that extend far beyond financial reporting. Integration into an ISAE 3000 report is possible.

ISO 27001 Certification for Information Security
EveryWare is certified according to the international information security standard ISO 27001. The ISO/IEC 27001 standard ensures the implementation of an effective information security management system (ISMS) and provides the structural foundation for protecting confidential data, ensuring its integrity, and improving the availability of information.

ISAE 3000 Certification for Quality Assurance
EveryWare has a control system that complies with the current highest international standard, ISAE 3000 Type 2 (International Standard on Assurance Engagements). Under this globally recognized standard, an independent auditing firm annually reviews and documents the adequacy and effectiveness of EveryWare’s internal control system. In addition, the system’s suitability is certified for, among others, companies subject to financial reporting requirements.
