Model as a Service
Model as a Service – Sovereign Access to Enterprise AI. Enterprise AI via a secure API - on sovereign Swiss infrastructure, without the need for your own GPU infrastructure and without the outflow of sensitive data. EveryWare’s Model as a Service (MaaS) enables the controlled and scalable deployment of modern AI models for companies with high standards for data protection, security, and governance.
Integration into existing applications and workflows is achieved via an OpenAI-compatible REST API. This allows AI models to be quickly evaluated, deployed in production, and scaled as needed.
- Inference and Data Storage: Switzerland
- API: OpenAI-compatible REST API
- Models: Curated catalog of enterprise-ready open-weight models
- Model Types: LLMs, multimodal models, embeddings, reranking, OCR, and speech-to-text
- Billing: Token-based and usage-based
- Governance: Budgets, rate limits, team separation, and defined data controls
- Operation: Managed cloud service, available 24/7
- Support: Best-effort support included; extended support options available
Sovereignty by Design
Models, inference infrastructure, and API gateways are operated on sovereign cloud resources in Switzerland.
Operations are conducted in accordance with Swiss law and in compliance with Swiss data protection and regulatory requirements.
Data and workloads remain within the defined sovereign environment.
Managed AI Instead of GPU Operations
MaaS reduces the technical complexity involved in deploying AI models. EveryWare provides a managed service that handles the procurement, operation, and scaling of the GPU infrastructure, as well as the lifecycle management of the models.
This enables companies to quickly evaluate AI applications, deploy them in production, and scale them as needed - without having to build and operate their own AI infrastructure.
Enterprise-Ready Model Catalog
The catalog includes a continuously evolving enterprise-ready open-source AI models, covering the most common enterprise AI workloads:
- Chat & Reasoning: Apertus 70B, DeepSeek V3.2, GLM 4.5 Air 110B, GPT OSS 120B, Granite 3.3 8B, Mistral 7B Instruct v0.3, Qwen3 8B, QwQ 32B
- Multimodal: Gemma 3 12B IT, Gemma 4 31B, Granite Vision 3.2 2B, Llama 4 Maverick, Llama 4 Scout 17B, Qwen3 VL 235B
- Embeddings & Reranking: BGE M3, BGE Reranker v2 M3, Granite Embedding 278M
- OCR & Speech-to-Text: DeepSeek OCR, MinerU 2.5, Whisper Large v3
Defined update, deprecation, and replacement processes apply to the models. This ensures that operations, security, and model availability remain predictable.
From MaaS to the Sovereign AI Platform
MaaS is designed as the foundation of a comprehensive Sovereign AI Platform. Depending on requirements, the service can be expanded to include the following components, among others:
- LLM Chat Interfaces
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- AI Agent Workflows and Integrations
- MLOps for in-house AI development
- Dedicated LLM Servers and Gateways
- AI Landing Zones
- Managed AI Platform Services
This enables a step-by-step transition from controlled model access to a fully sovereign enterprise AI platform - without unnecessary re-architecture and with end-to-end governance.
MaaS as Part of a Pragmatic AI Strategy
Companies are taking different approaches to AI adoption: public AI APIs, self-hosted models, hyperscaler AI platforms, or sovereign Model as a Service. In practice, these approaches are often combined. EveryWare helps companies design, build, and operate the right architecture for their needs—in a pragmatic, compliant, and economically sustainable way.
Getting Started with MaaS
Access to MaaS is provided through a controlled onboarding process:
- Contact us below and indicate AI Services as your reason for contact
- We validate your request and clarify technical and organizational requirements
- Provision of access credentials for evaluation and initial use
This process is non-binding and designed to support informed decision-making.
