Introduction and scope of application This privacy policy applies to EveryWare's website, email marketing activities and service portals. EveryWare protects the rights of website and service portal visitors and complies with Swiss data protection and telecommunications law. The protection of your privacy is important to us - we treat your data as strictly confidential.
EveryWare does not assume any liability for compliance with data protection regulations for external websites to which there is a link from the EveryWare website. By using the EveryWare website and service portals, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you in the manner and for the purposes described below.
Use of information In principle, you can visit our website without having to provide any personal details. Only non-personal usage data such as your IP address, the last page visited, the browser used, date, time, etc. are analyzed anonymously (e.g. Google Analytics) in order to identify trends and improve our online offering. No conclusions are drawn about your person from this.
When you visit our service portals, login data is collected to identify and validate your person. Login and activity logs are also recorded for traceability purposes.
No disclosure of information Your personal data is neither sold nor shared with third parties outside EveryWare. It is guaranteed that all data recipients comply with the requirements of data protection and data security.
Use of cookies EveryWare uses cookies to tailor its services to the needs of its customers in the best possible way. If you are also already an EveryWare customer for whom you use the same e-mail address, the user information stored there (surname, first name, gender, address, date of birth) can be used to supplement/correct your EveryWare newsletter profile.
Storing and securing your data EveryWare takes appropriate precautions and uses appropriate security technology to protect your data. It will only be retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
If the company concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the data transmitted will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded between the company and the applicant, the application documents will be deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests or contractual obligations stand in the way of deletion.
