Strong Internet DNA: A pioneer in the development and operation of Business Internet Access, which laid the foundation for further innovative Internet services.
2003
Construction of its first data center: this established the company as one of the first data center providers in Switzerland and played a key role in shaping the IT infrastructure landscape.
2007
Built its second data center, setting new standards in the rapidly evolving data center landscape.
2013
Developed and launched the EveryWare IaaS Cloud Platform, which laid the foundation for numerous digital transformation projects.
2015
Successfully expanded and opened the third and fourth data centers, extending its presence into Ticino.
2018
Unveiled the second generation of the EveryWare Cloud Platform and introduced adaptive cloud solutions to expand the service portfolio with innovative XaaS services.
2021
Launched the third generation of the EveryWare Cloud Platform and set new standards for hybrid cloud scenarios with scalable public cloud scale-outs.
2022
Became part of the ELCA Group, thereby expanding its expertise, reach, and service portfolio in the areas of cloud, platform, and IT services.
2026
Merged EveryWare and ELCA Cloud Services under the EveryWare brand and consolidated their infrastructure services and core competencies into a unified market presence.
ISAE 3000 Certification for Quality Assurance
EveryWare has a control system that complies with the current highest international standard, ISAE 3000 Type 2 (International Standard on Assurance Engagements). Under this globally recognized standard, an independent auditing firm annually reviews and documents the adequacy and effectiveness of EveryWare’s internal control system. In addition, the system’s suitability is certified for, among others, companies subject to financial reporting requirements.
FINMA Circular 18/3 on Outsourcing for Banks and Insurers
We apply the FINMA guidelines set forth in Circular 2018/3 regarding outsourcing by banks, securities dealers, and insurance companies. These principles encompass organizational, contractual, and technical requirements that extend far beyond financial reporting. Integration into an ISAE 3000 report is possible.
DORA Compliance for Digital Operational Resilience
We comply with the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), which mandates a series of measures to strengthen digital operational resilience. Among other things, DORA includes regulations on security measures, emergency management, and regular operational readiness tests.
