Our transition process in the area of Digital Workplace & Collaboration is divided into four phases. In each phase, we apply proven models for systematic analysis, evaluation, and solution development. Throughout the process, we draw on frameworks such as ITIL and ISO to ensure project success and seamless integration into the IT architecture and IT governance.

1. Analysis and Compliance

Through a thorough analysis of the current and target situations, we establish a shared understanding of your needs regarding the digital workplace and collaboration. We analyze the overall context, including requirements, needs, project goals, and success factors. We define user groups and use cases to ensure the workplace is optimally tailored to your applications. Within the framework of your IT strategy, we develop a basis for decision-making, including requirements for compliance and security, data protection, productivity, and cost efficiency.

2. Planning and Design.

We design your IT architecture and develop a customized solution tailored to your specific needs. We then determine the appropriate workplace and collaboration solution. Based on the established foundations, user groups, and use cases, we work through sprints in an iterative architecture design process.

3. Implementation

Once the solution has been finalized, we move on to the migration. Our dedicated project and engineering team provides close support throughout the implementation process. The goal is to ensure that business operations can continue without interruption.

4. User Adoption & Change Management
