Scalera Mail
Messaging platform for modern business communication
Scalera-Mail is EveryWare's messaging platform based on Zimbra, which fully meets the needs of modern business communication. The platform is operated in EveryWare's high-availability Data Center on a redundant Server Infrastructure and offers customized features such as email (POP3/IMAP4), webmail, task and contact management, calendar, instant messaging, synchronization with mobile devices, document and file management, and much more.
Data can be accessed via the local mail client, webmail, or a mobile device. A web-based administration interface for managing user accounts rounds out the offering.

Webmail
State-of-the-art webmail interface
With Scalera Mail's webmail interface, you can send, receive, and save your emails via your web browser and have all the features you are used to in your email program available from anywhere. The web interface also provides access to your address book, calendar data, task management, and instant messaging.
Outlook, ActiveSync, EWS
Synchronization with mobile devices
To stay up to date while on the go, you can access email, contact, and calendar data on your mobile device via IMAP, ActiveSync, or EWS (Exchange Web Services) and synchronize it with the central Scalera messaging platform. The push email function sends new emails directly to your mobile device. A connector for MS Outlook is also available. Of course, SMTP, POP3, and IMAP4 are still fully supported.
Collaboration
Group calendar, file and document management
The Scalera messaging platform offers significant added value with its collaboration features for virtual workplaces and file sharing and management.
With simple authorization management, you can:
- Give third parties access to your email inbox (including folders)
- Share address books within the company
- Share your personal calendar (group calendar)
- Create and manage shared task lists
- Manage documents and files together
Scalera Mail Administration Console
With the Scalera Mail Administration Console, IT staff can manage your company's mail and alias domains themselves and set up new mail accounts. The hierarchical assignment of user permissions allows individual employees within the company to manage their own mail accounts and enter out-of-office messages and mail forwarding rules themselves.
A secure and encrypted connection to the Scalera Mail Administration Console (https) guarantees the necessary security.
